Co-founder & IES National President
Joseph is passionate about using his voice and skills to make a positive impact in his community. As a competitive debater, he has honed his ability to analyze complex issues, particularly in the realms of ethics and public policy that affect the world we live in today. His main purpose of co-founding the IES was to bring awareness into ethical issues that exist in the world. Joseph is the lead architect of IES's internal structure in addition to being one of its co-founders. He created the organization's leadership model, chapter system, bylaws, and decision-making procedures, among other operational components. In addition, he spearheaded IES's strategic communications, which includes managing the creation of the organization's website, social media presence, and digital outreach, including public messaging and video material. Joseph was instrumental in establishing partnerships with nonprofit organizations to broaden IES's influence. Under his leadership, IES developed recurring volunteer activities and fundraising campaigns that enable members to get hands-on experience with ethical challenges in the real world.
