Jaesuh Joshua Shin

Jaesuh Joshua Shin, co-founder of Interscholastic Ethics Society, first started this organization as means of taking what people learn from the humanities and the practice of debate to action. Through works of education and service, he hopes to turn the sterile dialogue of global issues into decisive and empathetic action. He accelerated IES's development with strategic planning, and reaching out to other student led clubs for mutual assistance and partnership. 

Jaesuh is a student attending Seoul Foreign School as the class of 2026. He has been passionate about public speech and debate for years, and proved his competence by becoming a member of the Korean national speech team (WIDPSC). His leadership experience comes from serving in executive positions at his school's writing club and mock trial club.
